Born and raised in Missouri, I’ve been chasing creative sparks for as long as I can remember. I spent over 37 years as an artist at Hallmark, where I had the incredible privilege of helping people celebrate life’s moments, big and small, through meaningful design. Now, I’m venturing out on my own to build something deeply personal: Work of Whimsy.
Work of Whimsy is more than a studio, it’s a space where imagination comes to life through charming, handcrafted characters that bring playful joy and a dash of magic into everyday life. Whether it’s the sparkle of the holiday season or the quiet comfort of a Tuesday afternoon, I believe there’s always room for delight, laughter, and a touch of wonder.
Each piece I create is made with heart and purpose, infused with nostalgia, whimsy, and a little bit of fantasy. My greatest joy is bringing a smile to someone's face when they see a piece I created.
